The triple insulated wire is composed of three layers of insulation extruded and uniformly covered on the copper conductor, which meets the requirements of the UL specification and can be directly used in transformers, eliminating the need for materials such as interlayer insulation, retaining walls and bushings. Since there is no need to use an intermediate insulating tape, the transformer using three-layer wires can reduce its size, and can save overall material costs and processing costs. It is directly solderable and can be soldered directly without stripping the outer insulation first. It can also be made easy to peel for processing due to processing requirements.
