The principle of ignition of the ignition coil of an automobile is as follows: the DC low voltage is converted into a high DC voltage after being doubled and rectified, and then by controlling the high voltage to pass through the primary of the ignition coil intermittently, a high voltage is induced in the secondary of the ignition coil ( Generally around 20KV), drive the spark plug to discharge and ignite. The traditional enameled wire for automobile ignition coils is mainly manifested in the following properties that are difficult to control, and the phenomenon of wire breakage is prone to occur during the production process. According to the requirements of ignition coils, our company has developed and produced a special enameled wire for automobile ignition coils with excellent appearance, good solderability, high softening resistance and stable production process. The enameled wire used for the automobile ignition coil uses a brushed copper wire, and the brushed copper wire is coated with an insulating primer layer of low-temperature solder, and then coated with a softening-resistant insulating topcoat layer on the low-temperature solder insulating primer layer. The insulating paint composition is high temperature resistant polyurethane.
