0.012- 1.6MM EXTREME FINE ENAMELED COPPER WIRE COPPER MAGNET WIRE FOR TRANSFORMER
The enamelled copper wire type is a winding wire with a round copper conductor according to EN13601 Cu-ETP with a polyurethane coating with thermal class 155-220℃ enamelled copper wire which can be directly soldered. A special feature of this wire is the efficient and safe bonding via quick solderability at solder bath temperatures of 390 °C and higher without previous mechanical dissolving of the coating. It is also suitable for bonding techniques, such as welding, connecting, and crimping, and fulfils the requirements of modern winding technology

1) With good solderability, reduces coil production costs due to elimination of mechanical or chemical stripping.
2) Superior ''Q'' characteristic at high frequencies.
3) Excellent film adhension and flexibility.
4) Extremely resistant to a variety of solvents including most varnishes and hardener catalysts.
